If there is a highly effective school leader in every school as per the Principal Practice Observation Rubric and highly effective teachers in every class room as per the Danielson Framework For Teaching, then there will be high student achievement, as per the Framework Of Great Schools.
Develop leadership at all levels (Administration, Teachers, Parents, Students) to build capacity and sustainability of innovative, academic, career-oriented and social-emotional programs across all schools leading to high student achievement.
In all schools, teachers will implement the Instructional Framework and delivery model developed by the Superintendency to promote student-centered autonomous learning and to achieve instructional coherence across classrooms.
Increase communication between the Superintendency and the schools and all constituencies to foster trust, collaboration, innovation and advocacy.
